Took an Asian meal. Didnt like it. Would be 1 or 2 stars. But then the waitress came to my table, asked if i didn't like it and offered to give me something else for free. Came with 2 hotdogs and fries. Customer service done right. It's rare nowadays and worth the 5 stars. Fries were really good.
A well-run, established, local (Ville St-Constant, Quebec) restaurant with a typical Qubcois menu of popular dishes: Smoked meat, hamburgers, poutine, chicken and fabulous breakfasts (until 1:00pm, daily) as well as Asiatic/Chinese plates! You order at the kitchen counter and a waitress (the current one is a bit surly!) brings your order to your table. Excellent, always-fresh coffee, a clean environment and quality-food prepared with pride.
Great traditional Quebec fare, some asian dishes. Some of the best Poutine anywhere. Tried mushroom, caramelized onion and ground beef, it was awesome. Good polite and fast service.
Le Croque is a real snack bar experience like in the 80' and 90's. There is no place like this anymore!The food is good, the ambiance is cool, there are some old timers regulars, and some self-serve grape juice!
